Refund policy
Thank you for shopping at Sonia's Boutique. We want you to love every purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.
Returns We accept returns within 15 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In original condition with all tags attached
- Free from perfume, makeup, or any signs of wear
Non-Returnable Items The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:
- Items marked as "Sale" or "Final Sale"
- Accessories (jewelry, scarves, belts)
- Gift cards
How to Initiate a Return To start a return, please contact us at sonia@soniasboutique.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions within 2 business days.
Return Shipping Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Exchanges We offer exchanges for a different size or color, subject to availability. Please contact us at sonia@soniasboutique.com to request an exchange.
Damaged or Incorrect Items If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item and we will make it right at no cost to you.
